Ryedale Counselling Service, which is a project of Ryedale Voluntary Action provides a counselling service free at the point of use to patients who are referred by GPs. People can also self-refer, in which case they are asked to make a voluntary contribution.
Ryedale Counselling service also provides a service for children and young people called rite2talk. The new website for rite2talk is currently being developed and is due to be launched at the beginning of September to coincide with the start of the new academic year.
